While I am glad to finally have the right diagnoses and the reconstruction scheduled I am also very anxious about having it done, especially right as the holiday season starts. With the ACL fused to the PCL, I am really concerned about separating and removing the ACL. My wonderful wife keeps telling me the doctor knows what he is doing, and obviously so, but I can't help but wonder if once he starts the surgery there will not be more to repair than just the ACL.
