Better day so far

I decided to try using the CPM in a prone position and that has helped immensely. I have been able to spend 4 hours in it today and that is really helping the stiffness in the knee.

The bruising has really become more noticeable. The entire inside of my leg, from ankle up past my knee, is bruised in lovely shades of blacks, blues, and yellows.
