Dear Blog, Once again in 2014 I have taken the challenge of riding in 24 Hours of Booty in memory of family and friends who have run out of time waiting on a cure for cancer and in honor of those surviving today fighting for their lives. I have been riding this event for 9 years now and dedicate my time to helping organize and putting on the ride in Charlotte. The people of 24 Hours of Booty are more than just another group of people banding together with a similar cause...they are my family. If you are new to my fundraising emails or have never heard of 24 Hours of Booty here is a crash course: 24 Hours of Booty conducts annual 24 hour cycling events, which increase public awareness and support for cancer research and programs, while raising funds to support the The LIVESTRONG Foundation and the Levine Cancer Center, right here in Charlotte.
